1. Choose your location
Zone selects the broader region, such as Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit. Area narrows the location further, and Community selects a specific neighborhood. Leave a filter open if you want a broader report.
2. Compare similar properties
Select condos, houses, land, or multifamily properties. Add price, bedrooms, and size only when useful. Start with fewer filters; narrow your search if the report contains too many properties.
3. Review recent activity
Use Sold Within to choose the period you want to review. A shorter period shows more recent activity; a longer period may provide more comparisons in a smaller market.
